Sutton Group - Signature Realty, Inc. has long been known as one of the big league players in the real estate brokerage scene. For this campaign, Madhouse developed a brand that reflected the fun, stylish, and smart vibe that Sutton Signature embraces.
The branding for this campaign began with a logo refresh. From there, the rest of the elements followed: a responsive website, full suite of stationery, eye-catching site signage and A-frames, and even a cute pig mascot to embody the good fortune, honesty and smarts of the Signature team. This piggy mascot would be the springboard for the Sutton Signature recruitment slogan, “Show me the bacon!”
Other items included sleek branded swag to ensure that employees, fans, friends, and family of Sutton Signature were always well kitted out.
This work would go on to form the basis of Sutton Signature’s aggressive recruiting campaign to source new agents and cement their position as one of the top real estate brokerages in Canada.
