Located in one of Canada’s most beautiful downtown districts, Monaco embodies the very best of refined, relaxed living in an luxurious, heritage-inspired residence. The strategy was to create an upscale lifestyle destination that would appeal to active empty nesters, especially those from the GTA. The name was derived from the European island off the coast of France, world renowned for its idyllic, ultra-luxurious lifestyle opportunities. The project’s digital campaign and traditional marketing platforms were anchored by the project logo with iconic ‘M’, bold black, classic white and accent copper colour palette and a series of headlines derived from the project’s tag line “Destined to be a landmark.”
