The entirely of the branding and art direction for Indigo Estates was created by Madhouse, from the extensive advertising program, comprehensive website, and touchscreen-based sales application to the videos, sales office interior design and furnishings.
The sales office juxtaposed a modern yet classic setting with cutting-edge technology never before seen in Collingwood. Buyers used touchscreens to browse, select, compare their favourite homes and completed their purchases via an exciting new online sales app. The process was efficient and streamlined, leading to a very successful launch event and many satisfied customers now proud to “Go Home” to Indigo Estates.
